Who We Are

Ragsdale LLC dba 2 Post Car Lift, 210 Freel Dr, Ames, IA 50010. We are a Ragsdale LLC operating dba selling 2 post automotive lifts and related accessories.

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We honor Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) or the Manufacturer's Advertised Price (MAP) whichever the manufacturer specifies. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any order placed at a shown price will be honored at that price.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, ACH transfer, and 0% APR financing through our lender partner. Financing terms are governed by the lender's agreement, not by us.

Warranty

All 2 post car lifts carry the manufacturer's factory warranty. Warranty duration, coverage scope, and claim process are governed by the manufacturer, not by 2postcarlift.com. We facilitate warranty claims by connecting you to the manufacturer's warranty desk but do not warranty the equipment ourselves.

Installation Disclaimer

2 post car lifts require professional installation into properly-specified concrete. Installation is not included in the purchase price and is not performed by 2postcarlift.com. Improper installation can cause equipment failure, personal injury, and property damage. Consult the manufacturer's install manual and use a qualified installer.

ALI Certification

Where a manufacturer certifies a specific model against the Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) standard, we display the ALI Gold Label on the product page. ALI certification is required by OSHA for commercial shop use. We do not modify manufacturer certifications and cannot guarantee any lift meets ALI standards outside of the model's manufacturer certification.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Iowa law without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Story County, Iowa.
